We have just released LAMP Stacks (Apache, MySQL and PHP) and LAPP Stacks (Apache, PostgreSQL and PHP) for Linux 64 bits. You can download and install these Stacks for any Linux 64 bits distribution. These Stacks are self-contained and independent of your system, very useful for PHP developers.
Currently you can deploy all BitNami Linux Stacks in a 64 bits Linux system but it was necessary to install the compatibility libraries. From now on, you can take advantage of your 64 bits system and improve the performance of your web applications.
We have also released BitNami PHP modules which you can install on top of the LAMP Stack easily. For instance, you can deploy a Wiki, a Blog and a CMS on top of the LAMP Stack installing Mediawiki, Wordpress, Joomla! or Drupal BitNami modules.
More Stacks, Virtual Machines and AMIs will be available for 64 bits soon.
