Hi Antonio,
firstly, this effort of stacking s/w into single bundle is amazing and no amount of kudos would reflect your work..

secondly, is there anyway I can help, via volunteer work or paying for bandwidth to support you?

thirdly, on topic, are there any plans for having Trac install stack for Windows? I could also provide some help (given the resources and howtos) as we were toying with the idea of deploying in our prod env.

thanks!

Hi Inifinitee,

First of all, thanks for your compliments. We are working really hard on BitNami and we’re glad to see that people like it.

Secondly, stay tuned and you will have the chance to give a helping hand here :)

And thirdly, the idea of creating a Trac Stack for Windows has been in the air for a long time, but we haven’t had the time yet. I’ll try to give it a little bump in our ToDo list.

Cheers!

Antonio,
May I ask if you were able to bump up creating Trac on Windows on your “To-Do” list? <sheepish>
Eagerly looking forward to it…

Thanks!

Hi,

I started trying to port the stack to Windows last week, but it seems to be more difficult than we thought at the beginning :S

Cheers

Finally! I just released it :)

Take into account that there’s some issue when using easy_install to get plugins for Trac. It works, but needs a bit of extra tweaking (just copying files to another place, I promise!). There’s more info on that in the README.txt file (under the Troubleshooting section).

Cheers
