Installed on existing apache&mysql, having probles

I have been trying to install redmine on ubuntu server 8.04 and have not been successful until I found BitNami so thanks for that. However, I already had Apache and MySQL installed. When I ran the installation, it installed a second apache server as well as a second MySQL. Now in order to be able to use Redmine, I need to manually stop the default services, go to redmine folder and start the services associated to it with ctlscript.sh.

Can you tell me what I can do to clean this up? I would rather keep my default services if possible as those are connected to webmin. Thanks for your help in advance.

If you have your Apache and MySQL services running, the Stacks will ask you the ports during the installation. If you change these ports you can have also several Apache and several MySQL running at the same time. At this time is not possible to install the Stack with an existing Apache Server and MySQL database.
