I can't enter into Admin page!

Hi,I just installed Drupal6 on server.

I have already installed WAMP, PhpBB, dokuwiki. They work together well.
But once I installed D6 and wanted to do admin job, I can’t enter into that important ADMIN page.
Totally confused now.

And I have not installed SMTP yet on this server. Does it related to the problem described above?
Would you please help me to deal with this issue?

Hi!,

What is the exact error are you having?. Are you installing D6 Stack or D6 Module?

Hi,

Installed WAMP Stack, PhpBB Module, dokuwiki Module, D6 Module for company internal use.
In Drupal, I can create content—-a page or a story, I can enter into My account. But when I want to enter into Administer, the page shows Error HTTP 500.
Any parameter I should adjust or change?

I just follow the manual and click “next”, don’t know any complex term…and discard Mail Function now, cause no SMTP installed yet.

Sorry but we can not reproduce your issue. Could you post the apache log error that you can find at <installation_directory>/apache2/logs/
