Installed Drupal locally need to publish online

I searched the forums here, but didn’t see anything. I’m not overly familiar with Drupal, except with One-Click installs on webhosting sites.

I’ve installed the Bitnami WAMPP & Drupal stacks on my local system & need to publish my Drupal site online. Do I just copy the Drupal directory to the root directory for the online site?
