Windows 7 64-bit and Win32DisableAcceptEx

Note: I installed the Drupal stack under Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and every time I tried to go to a Drupal or phpMyAdmin page, I’d get reset errors. I added

Win32DisableAcceptEx

to httpd.conf and that SEEMS to have stopped the problem.
