This might be be in a FAQ, but I couldn’t find it. I am evaluating BitNami but haven’t tried it yet and have this question: How is security updates handled with BitNami stacks? What happens when security issues are found and fixes are released upstream? |

Security updates are applied regularly to the Stacks. However, you should install (in a different folder to preserve your old data) and copy the apps and restore the databases manually. |
