why can't upload file to directory by apache2 of Bitnami

Hi everyone;

I’m new to Bitnami. I’m not clear about the Bitnami CMS.

I installed Bitnami 6 in linux centos5.5, then I worte the php script for file upload and put it in the directory drupal-6.16-0/apache2/htdocs/.

when I test it, I can not upload file to the destination directory drupal-6.16-0/dest/
But when I test php script without Bitnami in windows, it works.

Anyone can give some hints.
