MAMP and Osx Server intergration.

Hi,

I was wondering if MAMP stack would upgrade my Osx 10.5 servers php,
apache, and mysql ? Would i have to change anything, or would it just
change the original configuration. If so how would i go about doing it ?

Hi,

BitNami MAMP Stack is totally independent of your system. If you have an Apache and MySQL servers installed, the Stack will ask you to change the default ports and all files are installed in the installation directory. You do not have to change anything, if you install MAMP Stack you will have different MySQL and Apache servers running at the same time and using different ports.

Ah ok, thats sounds interesting…. Pity though, because i wouldn’t be able to use my server admin app to administer it.
