Set a user password

Is there any way to manually set the user passwords? I do not have access to a SMTP server to receive the user password after I create one from the management tab. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi muskrat,

It seems to me that Mantis is very dependent of a mail system. You can find information on how to set it up to work in the Mantis manual and, more specifically, here

i dont know how can i acces to management tool phpMyAdmin, they ask for a password and i don’t know what it is

Hi,

The phpMyAdmin user is “administrator” and the password is the same that you set during the installation.
