How to backup and restore only one project in database?

I want to backup one of the projects on redmine stack and restore it to another redmine stack. Who can tell me how to do it? Thanks !

There isn’t an easy way to do this. There’s a proposal to implement it but it seems it is still not there http://www.redmine.org/issues/5161

Thank you for your reply :) I have contact redmine already, and I’m learning mysql’s scripts by google :) It seems there’s maybe some way to do it, maybe through backup a form or through restoring a schem backup or by other scripts. But I don’t similar to those, so I can’t find out it now.
