Hello,

We are using Redmine 0.9.5 and we experienced some issues with subversion, as some files haven’t appeared when checkout/commit with TortoiseSVN.
So, is it possible to upgrade the subversion server inside Redmine stack and leave everything else alone ?
Running “svnadmin —version” I see 1.6.2 (r37639) which is a bit out of date.

Thanks.

Hi,

Are you using the Redmine Stack for Windows? On Windows you can update it manually, on other platforms it could get problems with dependencies.

Hi beltran,

No, we have it under SuSE as virtual machine.
Thought it would’ve been an easy process as with any rpm package (like yum/zypper update subvesion …). Tried also #svnadmin upgrade , but without luck … #svnadmin : repository argument required.
So, basically the best and safest way would be to upgrade the entire stack, right ? I see the latest is now 1.0.0.

Thanks.
