Addition to existing LAMP/SAMP stacks

Just thought I would make a suggestion for the existing stacks. I use the stacks for some development. One of the items missing is the mysql header files, etc needed to compile the DBD::mysql perl module. It would be nice to have the include files that are needed to compile this module, so a user wouldn’t have to install the mysql client and libraries in order to do this.

Thanks for the suggestion. The headers are removed in purpose, to make the stacks as light as possible, but we will think about it.

It might be useful then to have separate development and production versions of each stack.
