Firstly, Apache technology is great.
However, Ngnix is rapidly approaching celebrity status. Many developers are now shifting to this low memory web server for sheer processing power. I think a base platform stack of WEMP would be useful, and I’d even help with development and testing in Vista 64bit, if you’d like.

Thanks for your suggestion. Currently RubyStack ships Nginx server and it also contains PHP.
