sugarcrm failed on Vista WAMP install...

I installed Vista WAMP Stack and then wordpress and sugarcrm modules. Wordpress module was installed and run as expected. However, Sugarcrm install failed. I have tried to re-install several times and it failed at the same spot.
During sugarcrm module installation, it produced the following error message:

Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly
Unknown error while running /php -c ””
“C:\PROGRA_1\BITNAM3\apps\sugarcrm\scripts\createdb.php”

After this message, the module installation finished and asked to launch Bitnami SugarCRM module. After launching SugarCRM module, it failed with 404 Not Found error message:
Not Found
The requested URL /sugarcrm was not found on this server.
