Setup error Trac 0.11.6

Hi,

Downloaded bitnami-trac-0.11.6-0-windows-installer-r01.exe and launched the setup.

The following errors appeared:
– http://dl.free.fr/pcpWAKnao
– http://dl.free.fr/bZebNZAiI
– http://dl.free.fr/eFFk5YFvA

The 3rd screenshot says that the install succeeded but the service is not started. Staring the service manually brings up Apache with the Welcome page on http://localhost but no /trac can be found…

My configuration: XP Machine (Service Pack 3)

Hi Pierre,

I’m afraid that this error is due to the spaces in the project name that you set. We have fixed this internally and we’ll likely released a new version of the BitNami Trac stack that accepts project name with spaces at the end of the week.

It cannot be.
I have the same error twice when it says “Restarting Apache” – however I can see tracApache service started and running. I also didn’t check to create a project a startup. The install directory doesn’t seem to matter: in C:/Program Files fails just like in C:/Trac. And the tracSubversion runs fine as well.
problem is: the december installer does NOT install any Trac pages/files, just Python and Apache and whatnot.

Yes, the Project name with spaces is a known issue on Windows and we will release a fixed version today.
