backing up just Tracks in CentOS
|
|
I went to the admin page of Tracks but do not see a way to backup all the Tracks data. Running CentOS5.3, how can I back it up so that I can transfer all the data to another CentOS machine? |

Hi, The most easy way is: 1. Stop the servers: $ /ctlscript.sh stop 2. Copy the folder to a different machine in the same location. You can find other options to backup the data at http://bitnami.org/article/how-to-backup-and-up… |

I tried this above option. When I logged in as Adminstator I see all my tasks, but I can;t login with my other users. When I want to create the same user again, I get a message that the same users already exist, but I don;t see this under the menu item admin. |

Strange, when I restore my backup again, everything is fine. |

I’m glad to hear this :) If you finally find the problem please post it in this forum. Thic could help to other BitNami users. Cheers. |
