Service Temporarily Unavailable on Windows 7
Hello all, I’m using BitNami, specifically the Tracks stack, and have just upgraded to Windows 7. However when I try to access the stack, it gives me a “Service Temporarily Unavailable” error. I’ve tried starting, stopping, uninstalling and installing the service. Also I can access the localhost page fine, just not the stack. I don’t want to uninstall for fear of losing my data. Thank you. |

Hi, Could you check if you can access to http://localhost:3001 ? Do you have the Windows firewall enabled? |
Thanks for the quick response. I get an “Unable to connect” message when trying to connect to that port. I just double checked and Windows Firewall is disabled. |

Could you try to start manually the “tracksMongrel” service from the services panel? |
Right, I forgot to mention that – there is tracksMongrel service listed, though I do see tracksApache and tracksMySql. That’s part of why I tried to reinstall the service. |

I tried reinstalling and the service works, which is great, but even though I installed in a new directory (and port), my old installation now works but shows a blank database. Is there a way to recover my old database from the old directory? Thanks! |

Hi, You can create a dump of the old database and restore in the new one: 1. Open a commad prompt and go to the old installation directory:
2. Then go to the new installation folder and try the following:
