I cannot install WAMPStack for Server 2003

I cannot install WAMPStack for Server 2003.
There is screen “BITNAMI” and more occurs nothing.
I kill process through the Task Manager. :(

Someone can advise something?

Do you have any firewall or antivirus enabled? Could you check what happen if you type “netstat” in the command prompt?
