redistributing WAMPStack

Hi, I’m writing to inquire about the redistribution rights and any legality issues with redistributing your company’s WAMPstack. We are interested in combining WAMPStack with our proprietory software and bundle together for our users to download and install. Not changing your installer but simply wrapping together with our installer code to install WAMPstack before installing our software separately. Are we allowed to do that? If not, what’s the alternative if any? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,

In principle, if you are just redistributing you need to mainly deal with clause 4 here:

http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html

which basically says that you need to include in your documentation that you include software from BitNami.
