Problems with admin login (mac os x)

Hi there. Got some problems here. I’m not used to mysql, apache or anything like that, and I tried to install wordpress via bitnami. Everything went all right at first, but as soon as I launched the site I noticed that I couldn’t login as an admin… usrname and pswd should be all right, but I can’t login. I just get to see the login pop up recharging everytime I click on “ok”. Can someone pls help me? ps. Actually I may haven’t explained myself. I can login in my wordpress blog, and as an admin, but I can’t login when I type on the url bar “insersitehere/phpadmin”. Is it something worth worring or not? |

Hi baio, The default phpmyadmin user is “administrator” and the password is the same than the wordpress admin. You should access from http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin. Cheers. |

The user name of phpMyAdmin is administrator, I think that may be the problem. |
