13 Oct, 2009 08:10 PM 0l2i 7 post(s)	Topic: Redmine / Failure after installation with LDAP Hello Vanessa, i tried it with a telnet connect to our server and it works. i think the connection to the ldap is ok, but redmine wount read the users out?! the vm stack works with help of the manual. i tried to config the .bin stack like the vm stack but it doesn´t work like it. regards 0l2i

13 Oct, 2009 11:03 AM 0l2i 7 post(s)	Topic: Redmine / Failure after installation with LDAP It is a normal configured linux suse. i´ve changed it on suse 11.0. iptables and selinux were set to default. firewall is disabled. i made an admin for redmine in our ldap user group. he has complete reading rights on the hole ldap. same problem. redmine shows “connection succssesfull” but 0 users and no one else can connect to the redmine backend. redmine config is set to default. regards 0l2i

12 Oct, 2009 02:30 PM 0l2i 7 post(s)	Topic: Redmine / Failure after installation with LDAP hi beltran, the 32 bit version works perfectly. installed without any failure. but i have problems to connect to ldap. connecting to ldap works with the bitnami vm. now i have installed the .bin. the “test” button shows “connection succssefully” but if i try to login with a ldap user the redmine interface shows “wrong login/invalid pw”? i´ve tried many different users and options to connect to the ldap but nothing works. do you have any idea? It runs on Suse 11.1 after the 100% screen comes the following failure: (Screenshot on the Bottom) I´ve checked the rights, reboot the server, installed the stack with other config and read the other topics but i didn´t find a solution to fix this. Maybe somebody can help me?! Regards 0l2i
