Hi Guys,

we have developed a wordpress site that we would like to upload into a hosters server for internet access through ftp, we have a problem when it comes to creating mySql database into their side. It is returning the following warnings:

Topic: General / two language web pages

Hi,

I have developed a website using wordpress installed with Bitnami, my client requires that the website be in two languages and they should be able to insert content separately in the two(Italian/German). I have downloaded the translation plugins but there pointed out that translators tend to make wrong gtranslations and so they like it that we rather keep the pages which they will update separately.

Is there a way in which i can one theme/blog/database to achieve this?

Hi beltran

I have noticed that if i install BitNami under a University network and try to access my page at home, thats when it doesn’t wanna load…i have opened it this morning under the Uni network and it just connect perfectly well. How do i set it in a way that it automatically listens to the server no regardless of the network environment…

I have also noticed that it is able to listen to these two IPs http://127.0.0.1:81/wordpress/ and http://10.40.197.7:81/wordpress which makes me think that the second IP is the Uni’s. How do i make it consistant in this regard.

Hi Guys,

I am a newbie setting up a Wp Blog, i have installed BitNami and i can only login just after installing the Bitnami wp module. I am unable to login the next time i would like to resume work, i think its a path or server problem but i can’t figure out why. i am running it on a vista machine in case someone can help.
