Topic: General / Problem installing Bitnami Spree Stack on Windows 2000

I am trying to install the Bitnami Spree Stack on Windows 2000 SP4 and get the following in a popup:

There has been an error. A debug file has been created at:

C:/DOCUME~1/ADMIN~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/bitrock_debug_1168.xml

Please attach it to any bug report.
The application will exit now.

How do I proceed? Is there somewhere I should put this file?

I am also getting these same errors when I try to install on Windows XP. I checked and get disable8dot3 = 0 so that is not an issue. Any other ideas?
