Blosxom

Blosxom is a weblog application (and simple CMS) that is both lightweight and full of features. It is most often used by people who prefer to write weblog postings with their favorite text editor instead of a web-based interface. However, there are plugins for web-based posting to a Blosxom weblog, too.Unlike most blog software, Blosxom uses the pre-existing file system, instead of a database management system. Its plug-in architecture which allows for extension and integration into different environments and uses.
